  • What is our reason for renting out our jewelry?
    We can appreciate that an expensive jewelry purchase is not always an option and we don’t want that to hinder you from experiencing the luxury of wearing the perfect jewelry on your life’s biggest moments.
  • Are all of your jewelry pieces Natural and real?
    Absolutely! We guarantee the stones and metals of all our jewelry are genuine and of the finest quality. Prior to shipment, each piece is professionally inspected and cleaned, so you can feel confident it will shine and sparkle with brilliance.
  • How Does the rental program work?
    First, set book with us a free consultation so we can discuss your needs and style. We then offer you options from our handcrafted, custom-designed selection of fine jewelry that best fits your look for that night. All of our pieces are available to try on at our AZ showroom, where we will help you decide which pieces are right for you.
  • What if i dont live in AZ, would i still be able to rent jewelry?"
    Yes, We are able to accommodate out-of-town clients with our virtual appointments team, please inquire for more details.
  • What if the style i want is not currently availble on my occasion date?
    Please contact us and let us know which piece you want and the date of your occasion. We continually review and add additional jewelry rental pieces to our inventory in popular styles based on current trends. We might be able to secure the piece you want or help you find a suitable alternative.
  • is the jewelry get cleaned?
    Yes, After every rental, each piece is hand inspected and cleaned.
  • Would i need to purchase insurance for the rent duration?
    At Tres Jolie we insures every item while it is in your possession (shipping is also insured), so you can enjoy the jewelry with peace of mind. You do not need to purchase out any additional insurance as any loss or problem that occurs will be covered under our policy. Of course, we still ask that you treat the jewelry as if it were your own while it is in your possession.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Once you’ve decided which item(s) you would like to rent, we kindly request a 50% of the total rental price as a deposit to reserve them for the dates of your event. The other 50% is due at the time of pickup/shipping day. If you are reserving items less than four weeks from your event, full payment is required.
  • How long in advance should i reserve my rental jewelry pieces?
    Our jewelry is rented on a first come, first serve basis and we carry very few duplicate items. The earlier you reserve, the better chance you are able to pick your preferred pieces.
  • What is the typical rental period
    Our rental period is approximately 4-5 days (Thursday/Friday – Monday/Tuesday), but we always try to accommodate for special circumstances. You can arrange to pick-up and drop-off your items in person or have them shipped to and from the destination of your choice.
  • How do i ship my rental pieces back
    We will provide you a return shipping label, the only thing you need to do is to drop it off at the post office.
  • What happens if the jewelry gets damaged during the rental period
    If an item is damaged at home, send it back. We’ll take care of it and repair it (at no cost to you!). Please do not try and fix it yourself.
  • i see a lot of bridal imagery on your site, are you also renting jewelry for other occasions?"
    Of course! We started our business with a focus on brides and they continue to be a big part of our client base. However, in talking to clients, we found that many were renting our diamond jewelry for other occasions besides weddings. To meet their needs, we’re working to add more jewelry pieces appropriate for other special occasions such as formal parties, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries and even a few just for a girl’s night out. We make it fun and easy to look your best, regardless of the occasion.
  • Can i gift someone a rental?
    Sure you can! please visit our gift card page to complete your Gift purchase.
  • Can i purchase my rental?
    Yes, All of our rental items are available for purchase. If you fall in love with a piece you’ve rented, your rental fee will go toward the final purchasing price.
